    Superfeet Worldwide is a global leader in premium insoles, trusted by millions of customers across North America, Europe, and Asia. As its sustainability program matured, the company set an ambitious goal to reduce Scope 3 emissions by 52% by 2030.

    The Challenge

    Managing rising emissions across a global supply chain

    Despite reducing Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 59%, Superfeet's Scope 3 footprint grew from approximately 7,300 MT CO₂e in 2021 to 8,500 MT CO₂e in 2024. Materials, product complexity, logistics, and manufacturing costs were key drivers. Without intervention, emissions could exceed 11,500 MT CO₂e by 2030, putting the company's 52% reduction target at risk.
